12 years of relevant work experience, particularly in corporate learning and development
Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation processes, with at least 3 years of team management experience
Proven experience working with the development of digital and blended learning programmes
Field experience is preferable in logistics industry
Proficient in MS Office applications
English proficiency at least at Upper-Intermediate level is required
Preferably holds accredited coaching certifications from institutions such as ICF or EMCC, or has an educational background in related areas
Familiar with methods, models, and tools used in accordance with companies principles (such as Multi-Dimensional Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring, etc.).
Exceptional teamwork and the ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization
Ability and desire to take leadership responsibility
A strategic mindset that allows you to come up with successful plans of action and to bring new perspectives to the table
Demonstrate a coaching approach in relationship management
Prior experience in high growth, fast-paced and international environment (logistics/transportation industry experience is a big plus)
Data-driven with strong analytical thinking skills, able to identify cause-and-effect relationships
Proactive and able to take initiative based on expressed or unexpressed needs
Quickly adaptable to changing conditions, capable of driving change and maintaining focus in complex situations and show result orientation
Manage the process of conducting comprehensive analyses on technical knowledge and skills to identify training needs aimed at improving the professional competencies, technical knowledge and performance of Logistics employees in the field (blue-collar employees and supervisor roles)
Oversee the organization and execution of training programs to ensure the target audience has access to and benefits from the training services
Conduct regular ‘Learning Needs Assessment’, on which priorities for training-related activities and projects are defined and converted to strategies adjustments, or stand-alone action plans, to meet the L&D needs of staff in the Logistics divisions
Manage the evaluation of training effectiveness and develop improvement action plans to ensure the intended learning outcomes are achieved under ROI model
Provide mentorship and coordination throughout the development process of operational trainers
Maintain effective and proactive relationships with business process owners to understand, formalize, and help them achieve their needs and vision for training and professional development of their teams
Responsible for the onboarding strategy, its implementation and adjustment to enable the best possible experience and operational readiness for the newcomers
Run the dashboard periodically, and make analyses on the values to track L&D KPIs and support business leaders for the development needs
Drive and manage the design and implementation of new learning projects, such as developing course materials and resources, e-learning courses, and blended learning paths
Develop, implement and manage projects aimed at enhancing competencies
Lead training activities to support the sustainability and continuity of lean processes within the company
Manage the processes related to Multi-Dimensional development activities to upskill & re-skill employees
Develop, plan, and implement the Learning and Development strategy and programmes related to logistics management in relation to the company’s HR vision, business transformation needs, and performance targets
Ensure training and development activities are aligned with the competency framework of the company
Support organization and facilitation of various seminars and trainings
