Cresco is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Leading Tech Partner. If you're passionate about Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, and Internal Communication, we want you to help us build a thriving and dynamic workforce.
What You'll Bring:
Education: BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3+ years in Talent Acquisition (especially in IT or telecommunications), with experience in Onboarding/Offboarding and internal communication.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication skills with a focus on active listening, emotional intelligence, and clarity.
Energetic, proactive, and highly organized with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.

What You'll Be Doing?
Talent Acquisition:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from creating job descriptions and posting job ads to interviewing and hiring top talent.
Ensure a strategic approach to sourcing candidates, leveraging various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract the best candidates.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture and have all the tools they need to succeed.
Manage offboarding processes, ensuring a positive exit experience for employees and compliance with company policies.
Internal Communication:
Foster open and effective communication across the organization by keeping employees informed and engaged with company news, initiatives, and updates.
Act as a communication liaison between management and employees, ensuring that key messages are consistently delivered.
Support the development of internal communications strategies that enhance employee engagement and morale.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Prepare and present regular HR reports, analyzing trends in recruitment, retention, turnover, and overall workforce performance.
HR Process Support:
Contribute to the development and execution of HR processes, including performance management, talent development, and organizational growth.
