We’re seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Architect to lead and drive technical engagements across pre-sales and delivery phases, working closely with our Presales, Solution, and Product Development teams.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on development to build innovative AI-driven platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of this role, you'll be a strategic partner to our Presales, Solution, and Product Development teams. You’ll:
5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in Predictive AI and Generative AI—modeling, training, fine-tuning
Academic Background & experience with Academic Paper & Patent creation is a plus.
Predictive AI use-case implementation experience on Fraud Detection, Anomaly Detection, Price Prediction, Predictive Maintenance, etc.
GenAI experience on LLMOps lifecycle, model fine-tuning, guard railing, prompt engineering, pre-training, etc.
Experience with MLOps concepts and tooling/frameworks.
Experience with Data Science & Statistical Analysis such as: “Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) & Feature Engineering”, “Probability, “Bayesian inference, A/B testing”, “Time Series Analysis & Anomaly Detection”, “Model compression, quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration”, etc.
Domain know-how on Telco & Finance Industries is a plus.
Qualifications;
Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including needs analysis, architectural scoping, and client-facing presentations
Design and implement tailored AI demos and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that align with customer-specific use cases
Translate business challenges into AI solution blueprints using Predictive AI and GenAI capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solution strategy and technical positioning
Drive the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, from requirement gathering and analysis to deployment and performance tuning
Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery, maintaining technical ownership throughout the project
Stay current on the latest in LLMOps, MLOps, model optimization, and AI tooling, and proactively integrate innovations into client solutions
Contribute to internal enablement, developing reusable assets, frameworks, and technical documentation
Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions to refine use cases and shape data and model strategy
Serve as a technical ambassador, representing the AI team at conferences, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
